Welcome! I provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults to improve their mental health and promote overall wellness. Currently, I am Owner and Solo Practitioner of Lunar Wave Psychological Services. As The Soul Doctor and Your Ascension Guide, I am also Founder of The Elementals Collective.
Beyond the psychotherapy room, I support our community through Mental Health and Holistic Wellness Activism and Professional Development Mentorship. I am especially invested in supporting our Transitional Aged Youth, Emerging Adults, and Elders of the Asian American & Pacific Islander community.
As an Asian American cis Womxn living with bipolar disorder combined with her clinical expertise, I speak on bipolar disorder from a biopsychosocial-cultural lens. Through my activism, I challenge mental health stigma, dismantle barriers to access of quality mental healthcare, and advance the practice of culturally responsive mental healthcare. I also empower Individuals and Groups of Marginalized Identities to Reclaim Our Sovereignty over the Mind, Body, Heart, and Spirit in the face of oppression and systemic abuse.
